On the back of the canvas, there's a stamp: from the company Winsor and Newton. In 1832, at 38 Rathbone Place, scientist William Winsor and artist Henry Newton decided to provide the best possible materials to artists. From this stamp, it can be inferred that it is an English painting from the first half of the 19th century, in perfect condition.
