Pietro Melandri Faenza, 25 July 1885 – Faenza, 24 October 1976. Majolica plaque depicting an animal surrounded by aquatic plants. Perfect state of preservation. The splendid chromatic rendering is accentuated by the use of luster. Melandri was among the undisputed masters of the revival of the luster technique.
