From the Treccani Encyclopedia.
Sculptor (Falcade 1922 - Padua 1985). He frequented A. Martini's studio for a long time. Particularly successful in woods and bronzes, M.'s "realism" was embodied in an expressionistic vision, with the pictorial values of the forms often accentuated by cuts and lacerations, in the ability to dominate and at the same time enhance the material. Among his works: monuments to the partisan (Venice, 1964), to the Resistance (Belluno, 1967), for Vittorio Veneto (Vittorio Veneto, 1967), to the Resistance (Cansiglio, Belluno, 1970).
