PARADE ARMCHAIR. Manufacture of the Papal State, Regency period and style, circa 1730. In carved and gilded walnut wood, in excellent condition. In original condition, only the upholstery has been redone. Measures cm h. 111x78x68. The still solid and substantially symmetrical structure, typical of the Baroque style, is combined with elements that already show the characteristics of the imminent Rococo, such as the motif that centers the cymatium of the backrest and the accentuation of the curls of the armrests.
