This is a fall-front desk with a double-curved shaped front and curved shoulders, characterized by a majestic but extremely refined structure, a typical example of cabinet making in the city of Verona in the eighteenth century, intended for the prestigious residence of a lover of such precious furnishings, and which is distinguished by the peculiarity of the elegant movement of the side shoulders and the carved slippers. The furniture features a structure entirely veneered in veined walnut, walnut and olive burl over the entire surface. Both the interior of the fall-front and the cabinet, with six small double-curved drawers, are veneered with the same materials as the exterior.
